These terms cover your use of galacticstudios.net (the "site"), run by Galactic Studios ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site introduces Galactic Studios and the games we make. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell you anything.
Our games and other sites
The site links to places we do not run as part of this site, including Roblox, Discord, lilies.gg, buy.lilies.gg and the Find a Gem wiki. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and those apply when you use them. Playing our games on Roblox or joining our Minecraft server is governed by the rules of that platform and of the game or server itself. Purchases made in a game or in a store are handled there, under that store's terms, and not through this site.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use automated tools to copy it in bulk.
Our content
The Galactic Studios name and logo, the game names, artwork and text on the site belong to Galactic Studios or are used with permission. You may link to the site and share its pages. Please do not copy or reuse our logos or artwork for other purposes without asking us first.
Trademarks of others
Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Galactic Studios is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be online, error free or up to date, and game details can change.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Galactic Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any site it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
